Foundations

     We supply our customers with the strongest, most maintenance free foundation on which you can buy! Our foundation has many benefits including being strong, dry, fire resistant, and maintance free. The concrete is strong in the first place but it will get even stronger over the years. And the best part of all is that we build our foundations with 40% more concrete compared to a hollow core block basements! Our foundations don't have any joints that cause maintance problems, like the hollow core foundations do.
     We also have a shorter building cycle to save days of construction time and we can start framing much sooner. We do construction on marginal, lots as well. Our foundation walls and footings can be designed for the problem lots. Our poured concrete basements weigh about 50 pounds more per cubic feet so this means that they are far more denser, there monolithic and they have no joints!! The entire basement is one solid single unit. The hollow core block have joints that can break apart and cause failure. Our poured concrete basements are going to last longer than the hollow core blocks.
