        Gariepy and Seaberg Concrete Constuction was founded in 1978 by Lee Tannehill, based on experience and dedication to excellence. We are a leader in the poured concrete industry in Alger County, and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to continue to utilize new methods and products to better serve our customers.

        We offer rock, brick, or smooth patterns to give you a variety of choices, custom looks, and colors. Our Stone-Crete rock patterns can save both time and money by giving you the look of rock without the costly and time consuming process of laying rock over a poured retaining wall or foundation. In one process you can have the beauty of rock or brick with the strength and durability only solid poured concrete walls can give you.

         We are equipped to do site preparation, damp proofing, backfilling, and rough grade. We form or dig footings and build solid reinforced basements and retaining walls. Agricultural structures, banks, and radius walls are just some of the many specialty poured concrete projects we have completed. Please stop by our office or contact us for your free estimate. Faster construction time for the builder/developer.
	Monday- The site is excavated, the footings are formed and the concrete placed. Laser sightings insure accurate placements.
	Tuesday- A crew is there to set the forms and pour the wall. Advance forms are easy to set. The Advance latch system is recongnized as the strongest in the industry. We challenge you to "beat our latch."
	Wednesday- The crew returns, removes the wall forms and the project is ready for the next stage of construction. A three day timetable on the foundation walls is fairly typical. A similiar wall of concrete block may have taken five days or more. Crews with sufficient forms can pour a basement in a day.
